Above is a graph of the 5 greatest concerns of our customers.
Hopefully we can put you at ease with purchasing from us by letting
you know how we handle each of the 5 problems.
1.We will NEVER sell, trade, or give away any information we have concerning
you.
2. Your order information is not kept on servers connected to the internet.
3.You will receive only emails concerning your order, unless you check
the "let me know about future sales" box in your account.
4. We use VeriSigns PayFlow Services or PayPal for all credit card transactions.
Both services use the latest and highest forms of security.
5.Your order information is passed from you to us using 128 bit encryption
and consists of only your billing/shipping address.
FAQ's The three most frequently asked questions we receive are;
How do I pay?
You can use any Visa, MasterCard
or PayPal. All credit card transactions on this site use
VeriSign's Secure Server Connections. We have a verified PayPal Business
Account and will gladly accept PayPal payments.
How do you ship and how much will it add to the cost?
At this time we are using USPS 1st Class ($4.00), USPS
3-Day Priority ($6.00).
We do not add anything for "handling."
Do you have a catalog?
You are looking at authentic Native American items,
which are handmade one at a time making it impossible to keep a current
up to date printed catalog.

We hope you find the information below useful.
If you still have questions or concerns please feel free to ask
us.
1) Is this a secure server?
Southwest Distributing holds its own SSL cert that can be viewed by clicking
the Geo-Trust logo located on every page. With any transfer of personal
data we use SSL, which can be verified by the lock indicator on you browser.
All credit card processing is with a secure
server with a valid VeriSign security certificate. When you are ready
to complete your purchases will be able to choose secure or normal check-out.
The information you will be asked to give includes your name, address,
phone number and email. You will choose a password to use the next time
you order from us, freeing you from typing more than an email address
and your password on your next order. The first time you order from us
you might feel better using the secure check-out. It does not matter if
you choose secure or normal check-out, your credit card information will
be entered only on VeriSigns fully Web Secure Gateway. We are using
VeriSign because we (and most others) believe it to be the safest Gateway
on the internet. VeriSign is not the least expensive for us, but
we firmly believe it to be the safest! 2) Who will see my credit
card information?
We never see or store your credit card information!
That information is passed from your browser to VeriSign directly via
their encrypted secure server. Meaning, it is never held on our
Web server or office computers as the majority of other shopping carts
do. There is absolutely no possibility that your credit card information
will be hacked from our system, due to the fact we never see it or have
access to it! VeriSign's Payflow Link service also discards your credit
card number after approval. Bottom line, your card info is not warehoused
or stored at any location! For those of you using a PayPal account to
purchase their shopping cart, you already know that your credit card info
is safe and secure! 3) What information do you keep about me?
Your email address, shipping/billing address or any
other information about you will never be shared with anyone. That is
a promise from all of us at Southwest Distributing. You are our customers
and we refuse to share you or your information with others!!
4 )Where are you located?
We are located in South Florida for the better part
of the year. We recently relocated on a semi permanent basis, but still
make several trips "back home." It is on these trips that we
are able to choose and pick what we feel are the best pieces at the best
price from sources we have dealt with for many years.
